Had our festive drinks here today and took cake home for lunch.Safe to say the carrot cake wasn’t put out freshly today or yesterday!So hard and dry. Very disappointing!

I loved visiting Costa in Thetford especially for their Cappuccinos which was lovely, and it's always in a great sized mug too which is perfect for the cold winter days.I do have to comment that a lot of their "fresh" cakes and pastries do get a bit stale by the afternoon and yet the prices are still the same. I feel this is a known issue with Costa nationwide but surely if they know the food is going to be stale especially out on display all day to at least reduce the price to reflect the quality?

Popped in for coffee one afternoon, there was a queue but the staff kept there cool and worked through us all . Sorting out a few problems along the way. Staff were friendly and very helpful

They use this horrid whip cream.If u prefer cream you need to tell them when ordering.Parking: Maybe between 30-40 spacesWheelchair accessibility: Have 2 parking spaces right outside the entrance door.
