The pub itself is nice but slightly dark in places. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On arrival, we were reassured there wasn't a long wait for food. However, we waited just short of an hour for 2 adult Sunday lunches and the same but for a toddler. The food was OK, dessert definitely saved the whole experience!

We went in a large family party for breakfast on Saturday morning including five young children which could have been a nightmare. Thanks to the staff, especially a lovely man called Dermot, the whole experience was so enjoyable. The food was great and plentiful, but the welcome and attention towards the children made a huge difference and was so appreciated by everyone. Well done the Warrener and Dermot and the team, we will be back soon!

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn next door when visiting Snetterton circuit. The food was fine and service good. Our waitress Imogen was friendly, professional and prompt. The food was fine at this price level. We were pleased to see the staff and waitress made a clear effort to do a good job.

We came for a meal this evening and thoroughly enjoyed all of our food- everything was delicious. Our waitress, Imogen, was really polite, friendly and helpful and always checked to make sure everything was ok with the food. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I had lunch with 2 friends today and we couldn't asked for better. The staff were cheerful and polite. We weren't the quickest at deciding what we wanted but the lady serving us didn't try to hurry us, instead she joined in our banter. The food was excellent, very tasty and good size portion. Highly recommend.

We visited this eating establishment today for lunch the service is always very good especially by our waitress Sarah. She always welcomes you with a smile and she is very attentive to all your needs. We eat here at least 3/4 times a month and very happy with what we ordered.

I was visiting some home friends from uni , we decided to all meet here, lovely warm atmosphere,all staff friendly and accommodating.Although we made adjustments to our orders still were all correct and warm. I had the lasagna and triple brownie for dessert fair prices ??

To start the toilet smelt of urine and one bowl was blocked washed hands and continued into restaurant. Totally ignored by staff who were more interested in finding out why a member was leaving and where he was going. Having been a regular customer usually morning and receiving excellent service I was not expecting this today

Tonight we was waited by Fred. The service he delivered was outstanding. It was extremely busy tonight but he was constantly on the go, making sure everything was ok and constantly smiling. Fred delivered fantastic customer service and made us feel very welcome. The food was the best we every had from the Warrener (and it is usually very nice) still hot when we got it. We generally had a very nice evening. Thank you so much

Every time we visit the warrener it really seems that the manager there just loves deterring customers from eating or turns business away. On every occasion we have been its always a real problem to find us a table in the empty establishment, we always get asked if we have booked and then it's a lot of debating whether they can fit us in. We came in Tuesday lunch around 1.15pm, you are often left waiting at the door for a while before somebody bothers to acknowledge you, when we were finally addressed the restaurant was empty only to be told we could eat but we would be in for a long wait as there was a table of 14 coming in and only 2 chefs and we could only sit in the bar area, we ordered within 5 minutes, waited about 15 min for food and had eaten the meals and left before the table had even arrived, it was nearly 2pm when we left and only around 8 of the table of 14 had arrived, we left completely baffled at why on earth the manager was adamant about a long wait and how the whole restaurant that we were not allowed to sit in sat empty for the duration of our meal? I was the restaurant manager of a very busy restaurant in Norwich for 10 years, if 2 chefs can't manage a table of 2, 45 minutes prior to a table of 14 arriving then I think there needs to be a re-evaluation of the staff present? It's always the same story with this manager turning people away or saying there's at least an hours wait whenever we pop in, I don't know if he just can't be bothered to work as the staff seem much happier when they can just gossip and moan with each other behind the bar
