Bar • “The food was absolutely phenomenal. We came during Wells carnival so it was very busy, but we were seated quickly and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Amazing atmosphere in the pub, we were served by Emilie and she really helped make the night unforgettable. I can't recommend this place more!”
Bar • “Located on the main road through Stiffkey. Narrow entrance to car park behind pub, which was pretty full each time visited. Traditional pub which has a number of rooms. Good choice of beers. Friendly staff, though short-handed on the second visit. Menus changed regularly. Food good. Best to reserve seating.”

“Wonderful welcome, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, comfortable beds, great shower. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast. The meals in the evening were lovely, especially liked the chicken, leek and bacon pie. Could not fault our 4 night stay.”
