“Went in for dinner and was absolutely blown away by the gorgeous food, I had liver bacon and onions with the most gorgeous buttery mash I've ever had and incredibly tasty carrots that tasted herby and weren't boiled to mush like most places, they have a great selection of ciders and other drinks, incredibly well priced, and dog friendly, can't recommend highly enough.”

Happened upon this fabulous place and stopped for some lunch, uber friendly family and superb home cooked Thai food. We will definitely be back! Superb prices too!! ?”

“Hello this is henry writing this review and I would like to state a couple of things such as food, service and vaping on site. I did quite enjoy my food as it was a good size portion for a affordable price and the food did taste very nice but the service on the other hand was not acceptable. I had a quite young lad with a brown ish coloured mullet looking haircut bring me my food and he slammed my plate on the table and walked off without saying a word. And then as I was leaving the place after paying for my food I also caught the same lad outside vaping and just to add he looked to young to be vaping onsite at work.”

“This was our first visit whilst being on holiday at Parkdean caravan park, the food and service was excellent, well worth a visit.”

“Everything was amazing. It has been a few years since visiting The Heron and we were not disappointed. The only downside, I would say, was the space between tables. It was uncomfortably close. The food was tremendous and for one lady to assist the cook and serve, no one waited very long for food. Highly recommend.”

Great pub tucked away in the small village of Beeston.
Good atmosphere, friendly service, superb food, family friendly menu with options for the children as well.

Our 9 year old had a cheeseburger with fries as a main, a scoop of strawberry ice cream and a fruit shoot was included in the two course offer as well. All for £8.50! Amazing value for the price.

We had a burger with mushrooms and Stilton, fries were included. The other main course was the beef brisket with mash.

We were the only ones in the dining room so the pub was generally quiet.”

“come here yesterday for a friends 60th birthday celebrations and it was amazing. there was about 10 of us and we all had a great time. the food was really good and the cocktails were great. plenty of food and drink on the menu to choose from too. our server was called dom and he was great and very patient (wiv all the photos we wanted taking!!! lol) wiv us all too. a great stylish place wiv great people, the staff were fantastic and a lovely atmosphere too. thank u all for making it a truly special occasion!!!”
