Absolutely shocking. Took my family here for breakfast on mother's day everything was stone cold hashbrowns massively over cooked, no spoons for yoghurt, coffee machine leaking everywhere, bread had gone hard like it was going stale asked for 2 poached eggs took 35 mins then when they came out they where like bullets, tried to make a complaint was told sorry we are too busy to be "faffing" around. Wow just wow we will not be returning anytime soon what a shocking experience especially on mother's day complete mess up of the day! And the fact you won't deal with complaints because you are too busy is disgusting YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR WAGES! NO CUSTOMERS NO BUSINESS NO BUSINESS NO JOB. maybe show some respect to those that support your business

Long story, but very poor.

Very friendly staff. Odd wait to be seated policy even though you go to the bar to order. This caused queues out the door when there were only 2 staff serving at the bar even though there were loads of tables. Our chips and sides were cold on the two occasions we went and heard it was the same on other tables. Convenient for the Premier Inn but wouldn’t go out of choice due to the cold food.

The Saturday night was heaving, but staff were still professional. But one stood out sunday, Cian? Polite friendly and engaged in conversation other than" what drink would I like? "Dietary restrictions: Staff were always asking, "If anyone had any allergys ?" Which was refreshing

Its not relaxing tables are constantly needed and if you're just trying to have a drink after a long day at work it's a bit

Standard of some of the food is the same as oven food you would do at home from frozen, particularly the large mixed starter as pictured. For the low quality it is very overpriced. However the burger was decent, but chips were some of the worst I've ever had at a restaurant, very floppy.Partner had crispy chicken burger which was actually goujons in a burger instead of a crispy chicken breast fillet. Chips also floppy. Her jam roly poly dessert was hard and tasted stale. It is a cheap meal out but you get what you pay for so don't expect much.Staff and service were good.
