Other than the other reviews of bad food, up to a year ago, I never had a problem with them to be fair, but... about 6 months ago, my mum came to visit, and she collected a pizza...it was not a freshly made base, and was more like a Lidl pizza base (trust me I know) But the reason for this review, is the ridiculously high prices they charge now, which has totally priced me out of using them ever again, it's like a tenner for a small kebab (£3 more than other local kebab shops) kids meals are like £8.50....its actually cheaper to eat at a sit down restaurant. If the prices were in accordance to quality and local businesses, I may reconsider.

Ordered via the app, food got delivered within half hour, food was hot, lots of filling in the kebabs, chicken wasn’t dry, very worth the money

I stupidly thought I would treat my son to a simple doner meat , chips n cheese . .upon having the cheek and ordasity to ask for it to be cooked fresh as they had no customers and they only had a few god knows how old final scrappings of frozen chips and god knows how old doner meat kept in a slow cooker. they responded by getting the hump and asking me to leave .well for the eye watering £11.50 they wanted I felt relieved to save my money and take it to an establishment that treats it's customers properly rather than with contempt .I shall be following up after this regretable experience with a phone calll to trading standards asking for a hygiene check on the shop as it is filthy on the outside , filthy in the waiting area and no doubt filthy in back of house preparation area . 1st time customer , never again and so '6th. Letter of the alphabet to you Flames and mind you don't poison someone . your a disgrace of kebab shop '

Owner doesn't know what he's doing! Incorrect food storage ( Burgers sat out on the side over night going brown ). Dirty shop and doesn't clean on a daily basis.. Bin is always over fill.. please avoid!!

Absolutely disgusted…ordered food at 9pm was given 10:15 - 10:30 estimated time … I called the restaurant and he said yes it’s still on its way. it’s now 11pm and the restaurant is not picking up the phone and saying closed. Do not ever order - One HANGRY customer

Ordered 2 kebabs and some chips, was told it would be half an hour until it was delivered, well over an hour passed before it did arrive.Credit to flames though, they didn't charge and were very apologetic. The special chicken kebab was a very good size and the salad was very fresh.

Late cold food. Driver got lost. Then was abusive to my daughter when she went to the car to collect the takeaway. Food was uneadible. Tasted like it had been reheated. Avoid....

Awful kebab this evening! Chicken was dry and salad was soggy.The place itself is tired with torn seats and sticky floors.Used to be good only just recently, won’t be returning!
