Do not order for delivary from here!! Ordered a pizza at 1930, received an email confirming it will be delivered by 2020hrs, 2 hrs later and 2 phone calls later its still not delivered. Rang again to be told its on its way!! 2140 it finally arrives. Staff on phone had no apology or didn't really explain why its so late. If your not in a rush then order but 2 hrs 15 mins later is absolutely disgusting and really takes the mick!!! The photo shows you the time the order was accepted at the shop!!

Absolutely shocking service, regular customer of regency’s however tonight was pathetic. Ordered at 6.15, multiple phone calls later was told at 8.15 the driver had set off with our food, Took the driver an hour to travel 3 miles from regency’s to my house and when got here the food was spilt all inside the heated bag. Rang to try get a refund and was simply told they have no refund system and to use the online contact us. We won’t be returning.

After been told we had an hours wait it got to one hour & ten ,we rang to ask where our order was to be told it was just leaving the shop. One hour & a half later we rang again to cancel order & please refund. 10 minutes later we get a get a phone call then to say the drivers back now your order is on its way we said no please refund.

Thought i would give it another try after 2 years as bellybusters couldnt deliver on saturday night.OMG which i hadnt bothered the doner meat was tasteless and cold and my partners parmo was that soggy she had to use a spoon.We both stopped eating it after one minute it was disgusting and put it in dog bowl but even the dog didnt eat it!!! waste of £20 never ever ever again!!!!!!!

Delivery was over 1 hour late, tried ringing answered sounded like there was a bull in a China shop couldn’t hear much of what the person was saying told me the order was just leaving the shop now, 30minutes later the food arrived less than a mile from the shop luke warm at best, pizza dough seemed stale. Not ordering again unfortunately

Pizza is a soggy greasy mess, needed a spoon to attempt to eat it. Even the dog looked sad when offered a ‘slice’ lol.
Feel like I have been ripped off tonight as most takeaways around the country do a meat box it comes in a pizza box. Not here and the large chip I could see the bottom on the carton there was barley enough chip to make a regular portion. I won't be going back

Absolutely awful food!I ordered doner kebab and cheese chips. I asked for chilli sauce and garlic mayo. The meat was absolutely drenched in sauce! The meat wasn't nice. Salad was awful, pitta was stale!Chips were burnt.Worst of all HYGIENE! The delivery driver walked in, didn't wash his hands, and started touching everything!I wasn't too hopeful given other reviews, but I hoped for the best!Sadly, other reviews were accurate.AVOID!

Ordered the Pizza around 1920 waited approx 2 hours, no pizza in sight. Checked the order and found it was due 2140. This is not a reasonable time frame to expect a take way pizza. Called up to request a refund, the gentleman on the phone would not let me finish a sentence and kept cutting me off to explain why they would not refund me. I tried to explain to him that under UK law as I have not received any product yet I am well within my rights to cancel. In the end I lost my temper and told him to shutup and stop cutting me off (but did not swear). He put the phone down on me, I called back and explained that the call had been lost for some reason. He told me it was because I swore at him. Spent 5 minutes arguing with him over the definition of swearing then got back to requesting a refund. Apparently I could not be refunded because he needed the manager for that and he was not in. I requested to speak to a supervisor and they were not in either. I was told I couldn't have a refund because the estimated time of the the order was 2140 and they still had about 40 minutes to complete it. I asked what planet it was acceptable to wait nearly 3 hours for a pizza. At this point the gentleman said I had only been waiting 2 hours but he would issue a refund. Stay well away from this takeaway their timings and customer service are terrible and they will try every trick going to not refund.

Out of the 3 times ordering here only the last was anywhere near on, but obviously ice cold like all previous, the food is just bad and honestly overall just terrible.
