We were visiting area and decided to eat here. We prebooked as it was a Friday night. We were warmly greeted and offered a booth which was comfy and allowed plenty of space for food and drink. We had poppadoms mixed starter husband had his usual Lamb Balti which was nice and tender and with lots of flavour with Special Rice Peshawar Naan and Saag a loo. I like to try new dish whenever We go out and chose Lamb Hyderabadi Pradesh. This again had very tender Lamb and sauce was delicious. Very impressed, would recommend and wish we lived nearer.

Great takeaway tonight wife had prawn balti beautiful and I had a chicken Jalfrezi with the addition of some Naga pickle it was tremendous mushroom rice full to the brim. Thank you very much

To the kids for a meal the other week as they had never tried Indian food before...They looked after us and talked the kids through the menu. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent.We went back two weeks later and they remembered us.

This restaurant is probably the best Indian restaurant we have visited in many years. The choice of dishes on the menu was fantastic with some brilliant chef specials , such as Aloo Patta- chicken with 21 different spices or the Dalcha duck, in itself a very tasty dish.These were just 2 of an extensive menu which was bold and fresh and full of new dishes, which we had never come across before. We went in a Wednesday were the special offer was £14.95 per person- any staters/ mains and sundries. Obviously we expected reduced portions, but the portions were immense. The whole of the restaurant was clean and presentable, including the toilets and kitchen, which we saw when we went to congratulate the chef Ali. The restaurant was open and inviting with the staff being ever so friendly and attentive, without over doing the “. Is everything alright” walk by. This place has to be visited as it as mentioned , is probably the stand out Indian restaurant in North Yorkshire.

Excellent meal for 2,staff very friendly and our 2 curry were excellent cooked to perfection, value for money .we had chicken tikka Korai and a balti massala and a delicious nan bread .

After a miserable letdown from it's competitors across the road, we thought would give this restaurant a try, as we'd never been there before. Top marks guys! The food, the staff, attention to detail and welcoming chatter were top notch! They even let us stay after when the heavens opened and couldn't go anywhere. Was great chatting with staff even if not a footie or tennis fan. It was a funny and entertaining chat. The restaurant was immaculate. Did I mention the food was awesome. Will be visiting again ?

Easily the worst Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve eaten in the four corners of the globe but this place beats them all. The madras tasted like they’ed bought 4 jars from Lidl and put them on my plate, My wife’s pathia was unrecognisable. My immediate thought about this place was (anyone seen Ozark) iT could only have been a tester. Yak, keep away!!
