We recently spent a week in High Bentham we tried all the pubs and this was our favourite. We ate here 4 times and the food was excellent each time. The menu is varied with good veggie options and great value for money. It's very dog friendly. We were made to feel really welcome by the staff and locals. The pub has a great atmosphere and is really comfortable. We came in late one evening and the chef had gone home but the barmaid offered to cook a meal for us. That's proper Yorkshire hospitality. Best pub in Bentham

Absolutely love the coach house! Such a nice and friendly environment with staff that make you feel welcome. The food is also gorgeous and such a nice chage for a rural pub to offer the variety of vegetarian food that they do.

Friendly welcoming staff, and nice atmosphere. On the night we visited, the menu was limited as the chef had fractured his arm, however we both had a really nice meal each, with great desserts, wine and cider. Nice toilet facilities too. Reasonably priced too.

Had a wonderful stay at Coach House and staff were brilliant, a number of times we had problems caused by our own doing and the staff were always on hand and extremely accomodating! A big thanks to Russell and Shannon for making our stay memorable and would highly recommend Coach House for anyone looking for a short stay in the area.

Nothing special. Carrots where undercooked. Children's meal was decent size but burger was overcooked (my lad eats most things) but he turned his nose up at the cheeseburger. Seemed to be understaffed at the bar only one fella working his hardest but on a Saturday lunchtime probably could do with more staff

Recently had new management & brewery wouldn't be fair to say at the moment that it's running it's best as new management has only just taken over but the one thing I would say the bed & beer are very good

Good food, had the chicken burger and lasagne, and good beer. Unfortunately the people of the table across from us were very loud, especially the woman with the screaching laugh. Other than that, lovely place. Would come again.

WE ARE THE RENDALL MITCHELL'S

We didn't stay, just had food today. The staff checked as we hadn't booked but we were early. It was OK and the service was great. Food all home cooked and we enjoyed. Pub grub but just what we needed, cajun chicken burger. Whole chicken breast. Lovely. Fish and chips, super good and large portion. Steak and ale pie was falling apart and hot. Pork & leak pie on the specials again was very nice. This pub was a typical local with sports results on the telly. Toilets were a nice surprise, clean and modern. We will definitely come back
