44 Main St, Bentham, LancasterDont be fooled by the unassuming frontage. A very warm welcome and fabulous home-made cakes await within. Would highly recommend a visit. We had a gorgeous treacle, orange and pecan tart, served with a smile. Clearly much loved by locals.

Clean, efficient service, small but not crowded in, wide menu. We had breakfast and when asking for a couple of extras and changes, nothing was a problem. Really well-run place. Would definitely go back. Congratulations to the owner/s and staff. ?

Main St, Bentham, LancasterPlease use this bar. It is the best pub in High Bentham (I've tried all 3) the options for beer and cider us awesome. Also if coming here please use cash the credit card charges ate killing local bars.

The Black Bull Hotel
13 Main St, Bentham, LancasterBang in the middle of Bentham High Street. Friends visited for my birthday and stayed, we just had food which was of a good standard. We joined them for breakfast the next day which was lovely. The barman spot on, always knew who was next, and the girl who cooked, waited on and seemed to do so much more couldn't have been more helpful!
I'd recommend and will definitely be back!

Main St, Bentham, LancasterGreat pub with wonderful staff. The food is well presented and fairly priced. The Robinsons Unicorn ale is outstanding. Madison made us feel very welcome and the pub breakfasts are very good.

Main St, Bentham, LancasterWe ate from here last week, whilst staying at Riverside Caravan park. Really good menu, loads of choice, some very good family deals! The service was great, fast and really nice guys serving us. The pizza’s were fantastic, extremely tasty, good quality toppings and very good value! We will 100% eat there again! 🍕

Bentham Chippy
22 Main St, Bentham, LancasterA superb traditional fish and chip shop. The menu is short, but it's made fresh while you watch and very good indeed. I had a takeaway but there are tables to sit in too. The ingredients are top quality, fresh fish, proper chunky potato chips, quality peas. Friendly service too, couldn't fault anything. Watch out for opening times, only seems open a few hours Thursday to Saturdays.

10 Main St, Bentham, LancasterSuperb Indian/Bangladeshi food... Cash only but who can blame them with rising costs. Excellent tandoori chicken , nan breads and pilau rice were fresh and good portion size. Great value for money.
