Delivered 2 hours after order, chips were burned, food was cold. Had a great review before this but totally let themselves down tonight. Will be ordering more locally now. Come on San Marinos, you can do better!

I ordered a large donner parmo and large garlic last night 24th Feb... I collected it as i live local... I payed 13.30.. and was wounded when I got home to open the box to find a tiny slither of parmo looked like a kids portion no meat on top.. was tiny bit of mean in the corner of the box and very few chips.. I was devastated... the parmo was freezing and had hard chicken... safe to say I would not recommend... go to royal over the road and actually get what u order and enjoy it hot

They have forgotten to put all the order in 3 times now was supposed to deliver what they forgot in 10min but over 30min still nothing. Quality of food was poor won't be ordering from here again.

Absolute dog scran. Donner meat was freezing, chips were over cooked - solid as a rock. Pizza wasn’t even cooked, toppings slid of the pizza . Thrown it int bin - sat with sour cream & onion Pringles now, wounded.

Ordered food this evening. The food was cold. I had a pizza and the cheese on the bbq pizza was like rubber, chicken chewy and the pizza topping was so congealed and heavy it completely separated from the base. Had one slice, and threw the rest in the bin, absolutely foul food with no flavour and poor quality.

ordered food at 11.25pm didn’t come till 10 past 1 in the morning shocking when i’ve got to be at work next day didn’t give no updated when i rang shop at 12am no answer after about 10 calls when onto food hub only to see that my order was not to be delivered for another hour bare in mind i only ordered a regular parmo and chips no salad or nothing just £9 worth of food, when arrived chips stone cold and barely cooked chicken in parmo still pink when i said this on food hub was offered a £3 voucher to use in the shop again declined and said no need cause i wouldn't be coming back absolutely shocking needs shutting down 3rd parmo i’ve had from here in the last year and each one has been pink avoid at all costs x

Think the service is brilliant and delivery was nifty with in 45mins to a hour witch is brilliant for teatime service and the food it’s self was outstanding Parmo was out of this world two nights ago so I’ve just ordered my self a full one ;-)Vegetarian options: I’m not veggy but I utterly adore a tomatoe garlic bread with mushroom and cheese. Also when asked they said was prepped fresh and housed separate from any meats and other dietary requirements.Kid-friendliness: Staff where kind and smiled and interacted professionally also took the time to ask my son if he had been to school and when he said yes he said good boy and asked witch can of pop he wanted on the house my overall experience at San marinos as an over all rating a 5out of 5*Parking: Parking is a 20second walk at the back of the brotton clubWheelchair accessibility: Had a wide door very easy for disabled access witch it rare

2 mix kebabs...cold. Chicken looked undercooked and was grisly. Missing chips. They state on their website to call them to allow them to rectify any issues. Called and we were told they would sort it out...not sure quite how they've sorted it as we haven't received a refund and, unless they're invisible, we haven't received the chips. Pitta bread...sweaty and tasted stale. The 'red' chicken, whatever it was supposed to be, was tastless, squashy and cold Donner meat was hard and, you guessed it...cold.This was our first order with them and obviously the last.Save your taste buds and avoid.
