Stayed hear several times,returning again very soon.Staff are very friendly and make you welcome room comfortable and clean.Unfortunately this time I have to complain about the Brewers fayre.We booked 7.30am breakfast on the Sunday don't know how long it was out,but it was cold scrambled egg was crispy on top.Went down on our last morning Monday but later around 9pm and the food was still cold,the serving utensils were hotter.Forgot to mention we arrived back at the hotel to have evening meal there was no Sunday lunch due to not having any meats left.There were 6 people and we went to place a alternative order, to be told there was only one of the choices due to running out of food.In all the times I have visited this Premier Inn I haven't had to complain about the food very disappointing.Rooms: Clean & tidy comfortable .

Well situated, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff on reception. Parking on site in the shopping centre car park, free. Nice great value dinner at Brewers Fayre next door. Very clean room and amazing comfortable bed, great night's sleep, quiet. Felt far better than a budget hotel. Didn't have breakfast as had to leave too early for the weekend service hours. Will be back as the hotel met expectations and is situated very conveniently for Catterick barracks. One common with other reviewers gripe is the absence of opening windows and restricted AC controls which we found insufficient, not to mention not very environmentally friendly to just run the AC all the time when you could use the natural cooling/ventilation by simply opening a window.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable, decent WiFI (streamed Netflix with no issues). Bed amazingly comfortable, the hotel was quiet and we had a wonderful night's sleep. Good lights arrangement.Food & drinks: Food at Brewers Fayre was very good and service fast, we had a chicken burger and Thai green curry which were both very tasty. Also recommend the house sodas, had the raspberry one which looked great and was very refreshing.

Firstly the staff are brilliant, friendly, professional and really care. That speaks volumes. Room clean and well looked after. Meals in the Brewers Fayre attached were good too. A great experience and will be back.

Stayed 16th September 2023 lovely clean hotel staff were very nice one young lady who at reception (forgotten her name) was extremely helpful to my husband and I when we arrived early. I was panicking as I thought I wouldn't get in the room on time to change for a wedding we was attending but she went out of her way to make sure this happened. So to this lady thank you again for all you did for us.

We stayed at Premier Inn Catterick Garrison n the last night of our trip to the Lake District and the North East. This is a modern Premier Inn with all of the facilities and comfort you would expect. Breakfast was excellent but just be aware that, after about 9am on a weekend, it can get very busy with people not staying at the hotel but taking advantage of the very reasonable cost and excellent breakfast. A special mention for the check in staff who found my laptop and stored it for me until I came to look for it in a panic the following morning.

We have just arrived at Premier Inn Catterick Garrison and have had the most lovely experience checking in. The lady (Celia) at reception was great entertaining my two boys, giving them treats and some chocolate for the adults too! Nothing was too much bother. Straight away I want to come back again. Celia is a real credit to the Premier Inn team. Thank you x

Lovely hotel the staff were friendly and good with us. We used the onsite bar and restaurant for evening meal and breakfast this was very nice and good fast service. My only issue was with the air con in the room some how its linked to the bathroom vet and we kept getting a very load water bubbling noise coming from it during the night That said the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

I really enjoy staying here. Very friendly staff and the rooms are always clean. There was some maintenance work going on at the back but it wasn’t intrusive. Breakfast was great although some of the patrons were rather rude. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Great location and really excellent staff, room etc as expected but there really is nothing premier about a Premier Inn. It's very clean and well maintained but could really be any of the major budget hotel chains.
Everything I've come to expect from Premier Inn - great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good food in the evening. Friendly helpful staff in the restaurant and in reception with Celia on arrival being especially helpful. Thanks to all for a comfortable stay.

Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed. Very tired on arrival and we were sorted quickly and efficiently. The meal deal was useful too. In the restaurant Jenna was great; I'm a coeliac and she offered my food straight from the kitchen, instead of the buffet, I felt safe in her hands. Plenty of local amenities for those needing more to do too!

We have stayed here several times when visiting friends and family and have always had a pleasant stay.My family and I stayed here the weekend of the 7th July and were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff are all friendly and very professional.On the Saturday I was not feeling too well and spoke to a member of the team before going into breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and there were plenty of choice.On my arrival back to my room I had a little pick me up left by Danielle and her team which was extremely thoughtful and needed.This just shows the staff especially Danielle who was on the front desk go that extra mile for their guests.Thank you Danielle ? xxRooms: Clean, tidy, air con, tea and coffee equipment

This hotel is everything you expect from Premier Inn. Clean, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms. Soundproofed windows so the storm overnight didn't wake us. Reception is manned 24 hrs a day and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn't fault the breakfast at the attached restaurant, a lot of choice, and the hot buffet was freshly cooked.
