Found this by the rating as was staying near by for a break.Set in the quaint village, the ladies were lovely, welcoming, service was second to none! Alittle wait, which considering the area was welcome and picturesque! We had a walk down the stream (think Keyser fancied duck ?) Popped in today for the first time on our way to the races, had just opened for the day, Food was delicious, freshly cooked and good sized portions, excellent value for money, can highly recommend the fish cakes! Very friendly lady serving, we’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area.

Just moved into area 2mnth ago and wow I thought we had some good fish shops we're we've come from but boy this one rates up there with them , very large thick juicey fish , good chips and all very tasty. All in all well recommended. Thank you guys you will get our business.
