First time visit. Lady behind the bar was very helpful and welcoming. We had our dog with us and that was welcomed. Very comfortable and enjoyable couple of beers.

Young, unprofessional staff. Barely looked at or acknowledged on entrance and didn't bother to say anything about only accepting cash, until after ordered and pint half poured. Didn't offer any explanation or apology and just scoffed and eye rolled and ignored and continued conversation with young friend at the

We went for a drink recently and purchased a bottle of wine and after paying we realised that we had been charged £28! We tried to put it to one side and came again tonight and this time tried a large glass of wine and a pint of Guinness and it cost just under £15! Won't come again as it used to be a reasonably charging pub :( ?

When in Easingwold I always call in here for a drink. My family used to run the pub back in the 60's and it always makes me think about those who aren't here any more. Always great service and a smile from the barstaff.

Amazing day at the Angel for my birthday, they did us a gorgeous buffet , everyone loved it with great comments , the atmosphere was great and nothing was too much trouble for them , it really made my day special with my family and friends ,, oh and my dad said best pint of smooth he has had , thank you great pub xxxx

A great Sunday lunch with a choice of meats available; I had the steak and ale pie cooked with local ale. All the meals were well presented and very tasty with extra sauces and condiments available on request. The Angel is a friendly (dogs as well!) local pub where you are made welcome from the get go. A good choice of rotating guest ales and the usual lager, cider etc. Always a really good atmosphere with Jo and the team looking after you.

Fabulous Sunday Lunch We Couldn’t fault it! they even provided freshly cooked gluten free Yorkshire Puds !Husband was very happy with the endless supply of amazing gravy! Definitely recommend this Eatery ! Nothing was a chore to them Very welcoming and friendly Pub. We will be back.

Sometimes in life you need a good pub, serving good beer a screen to watch the football good grub and the added benefit of been dog friendly. The Angel ticks everyone of these boxes. It was exactly what we were looking for and it did not disappoint. Superb little place.
