I ordered for delivery to our caravan, come right to our door and was absolutely amazing. Could not fault the food and if we come to primrose valley again I will 100% order again.Much cheaper than food on site (even with del fee), you get much much more for price and they even do deals for multiple people. myself and my partner got a calzone and pizza.

Ordered a takeaway last night, was told it could take 70mins to arrive. 85minutes later it arrived. Pizza was cold, nice base but it really wasn't good. Sorry folks but I won't be coming back. I would have complained last night but as we had waited so long I just gave up £10 wasted.Vegetarian options: Well just like other places.....mushroom pizza

Absolute nightmare of a place. Rang up and placed order for collection. Turned up half hour later and they hadn't even started so had to give order again. Came back fifteen mins later they still hadn't started!!! Gave the order for the third time and they still got it wrong!! Pizza was 10 inch but paid for 12 inch and the pizza was wrong!! How hard can it be to write an order down and make it? Can't speak English either. Might aswel throw towel in lads.

The worsed pizza ive ever had was ment to be spicy beef no spice beef tasted of ther was no tomato under cheese dint not taste of enything never order from here plz

Ordered at 9pm and after 3 phone calls wondering where our order was we got it at 10.40pm. The chips were like rubber but the meats were good.

We were staying at Primrose Valley, got a leaflet hand delivered, so thought we’d give it a try, I wish we hadn’t. We ordered 2 kebabs and a large portion of cheesy chips. Firstly, the chips were a really poor portion size, and barely had any cheese (the picture does them more justice than they deserve) The doner kebab tasted like cardboard, and the pitta was hard and tasteless. Really disappointed that we waisted £18 here. Wouldn’t recommend at all!! We have binned the takeaway flyer so the next holiday makers after us can avoid wasting their money.

I will give 5 star for atmosphere as its a take away and won't slate that. Food was horrid got it when I came to filey on holiday. Missed the drinks even tho got told there were in the bag. Chips soggy and cold. Just the whole food in generally not nice. Might Have been a one off and busy but still

Took 1 hr and 45 to be delivered. Was 'out for delivery' a long time before arrived. Food was all so cold... cardboard chips. Cheese on pizzas solid. Overly salty. Wish I had read the reviews on here first. Dont waste your money!

Here on holiday. Ordered twice. Had to wait almost 2 hours for 1st order (they said 1.5 hour wait which was fine but ended up just over 2 hours). Didn't bring my child's chicken wrap on delivery so she had to wait over another hour for that. Also we asked for plain mayo on one part of the order but didnt get that either(3.5hrs for a child's tea ?, also missed out 2 extra pitta breads we ordered to go with our kebabs so we had eaten those before they came an hour later with the wraps). Ordered again tonight. Didn't get plain mayo again even though was told again that it was no problem. Ordered 2 cheesey chips but got 1cheesey and 1 curley fries. Apart from that the chicken kebab is the best we have ever had, the salad is lovely and the garlic sauce is beautiful. The food is 10 out of 10, but the staff need to get the orders right. This place could be 100% if that was done. The delivery driver has been the same both times and he was great too. Such a shame that errors taking the orders let you down. Hopefully you can improve on this and be as excellent as you should be as your food is so good.
