We arrived around 15 minutes before closing time. We ordered on the one open self service kiosk with ease. We waited near the kiosk as there was a drink spilt all over the floor. Whilst waiting around 5 minutes before the shop shut, someone locked up. We got our food after a short wait; they nearly forgot our loaded fries. They went to unlock the door and a member of public tried to walk in and was told it was shut. Food was cold to warm when we got it back but tasted okay.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: Parking outside the complex, can be difficult to get a space depending how busy it is.Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible.

Young ladie who was visibly unwell on terms of voice loss and slightly green was still handle food wich did not look to be fault of her own as seen existing restaurant/ customers view into what seemed to be a side room. It was also over heard that when exiting restaurant that she had vomited in the bathroom but was not seen to have been sent/ allowed to go home. This must go against some form of health and safety conditions due to potential coss contamination of a bug or other . Over all I hope this poor girl gets well soon. this is no reflection on her more the company's view on staff well fair.

One of the best places to eat on site. It may just be a burger king but they keep standards high

Great prices and food but the machines to order food weren't working and nobody told us until after we had put our 6 people order in then it refused our payment

Visited this Burger King while I was staying at Primrose Valley and my burgers I had weren't the best. Don't think I'd come to this Burger King again unless improvement is made with food standard.

just another burger king, but the staff were great and Luke went above and beyond to make ordering easier ?

We have just come back from primrose valley Not the best haven site I’ve been to the site itself had plenty of stuff on offer to do with the kids but the caravan area wasn’t the best we were in a dog friendly caravan so we expected it to be still a good place to go. On arrival we were given a caravan in rose bank k2 the caravan itself wasn’t in bad condition carpet looked like it needed a good hoover and on the decking was only one chair to share between a family of four. We drove into the space we’re the caravan was situated and was presented with what could only be described as a ditch of water and our caravan was the only one in the area we was in with this and also the fridge had a funny smell and the water tasted like bleach my husband and family members had a dodgy stomachs for the whole time we were there We reported the problems around the decking chairs and the swamp outside the caravan and other issues they sent out a lady to look at the fridge with a spray bottle of stuff and a screwdriver to unblock the fridge didn’t seem to do much still smelt the same. We were told someone was going to come out and sort the hole out as we were with disabled children who needed to get in and out of the car but no one appeared as we were told it may be a pipe burst but no one appeared once reported our car was rotten by the time we come to going home getting in and out of it I don’t know if I would stay here again to be honest with

No caravans with haven left so booked a private one, owner was great and caravan lovely, obviously 3 bed caravans are small for even 6 people especially if older kids but for a weekend was ok they let us in early and late 11am check out which was great as nowadays you get the caravan at 3/4pm and out by 9am! The worst thing about booking private is the club passes with having some older children we literally used the pool twice (which we had really crappy times as apparently pool can be booked up to 12 weeks before so morning or late on all gone) and went in club 3 times to spend and extortionate amount of money cost us £228 just for the passes which was cheaper than buying individual. Apart from the clubs kids can go to I believe everything else you pay for. Wouldn’t mind but when you do book with haven they only knock off about £50 for not wanting passes and when touring they are included. Feel more sorry for the private owners who end up letting their caravans out cheaper as they know you have to buy passes if want to use the pool and club. We used to come every year in the 80’s and 90’s and the owners used to be able to give us passes or you could just pay to use the pool up by the lake. Plus in the 80’s and 90’s they had some great entertainment on bands and blues acts and magicians. Not just random solo people singing, one act actually said haven couldn’t afford to pay for her band to play. So very money grabbing to say they charge so much for passes and some owners pay up to 12k a year to be sited there!! If you book and are lucky enough to get good weather probably better getting a nice caravan with a veranda for less and not bothering with passes. Can walk straight onto the beach, walk to filey and sit out at night or go for a few drinks in the other pubs.

We have just arrived back from a 4 day stay . Our van was 31 High Elms a bronze grade . On arrival we checked into our accommodation, no problems a nice clean van , it looked fairly new. The area it was situated in was nearer to the lake house area. A good 10 mins walk to the main entertainment , but not a problem at all . The site was clean and tidy . The entertainment team were really good with our 2 year old grandaughter who loved every bit of her first holiday. For what we paid we thought it was very good value . Yes you get a few rowdier families there but the area our van was in was quiet , I expect the Van's nearer the main entertainment area would be a lot noisier.

The caravans for two people are to small and cramped the main bedroom you have to climb over the bed to get in and out, the toilet is too close to the radiator in the bathroom, the grill, does not work enough to cook toast, the TV reception is portable the cushions are dirty and stained overall a bad experience

Nightmare place, . Really noisy all day and night long, all week, reported twice, nothing done We were promised a call from them.. nothing. Avoid if you want a calm holiday. No sleep for 7 nights due to folk drinking and partying and smoking weed. Had to keep curtains shut as woman opposite , never left van, she sat on veranda and stared into others vans all day, even had her partner bring her food so she didn't miss anything.lol. our van was opposite, so we had her staring at us, nearly offered her binoculars so she could get the best view! We were in a brand new van, hardly any crockery, the fridge freezer broke 2nd day in. We asked before we booked for a quieter spot, but seemed to be dumped in area full of noisy kids, the kid in next van ran up and down all night with what seemed like elephant boots on. He was about 2 and he got out of his van and was screaming his head off for an hour as he got himself lost poor mite, and it was only when a lady picked him up and took him to his van that they bothered getting up, they obviously left the door unlocked, Anything could have happened to him .was 6am. We wanted to go home on day 2 as none of our complaints were responded to, it was one hell of a week, We never saw any security, and the phone never got answered. Total waste of well over 600 quid Never again! Customer service appalling!

Was at the park with children and friends for a football tournament weekend. This is the 3rd year we have been and in the previous 2 years not had any trouble what so ever, We was all in the Mash and Barrel having a laugh and drink and a group next to us where absolutely hammered at 2pm and a couple of them got caught in the toilets doing drugs but weren't dealt with. This was going on all afternoon to the point they caused a row with 2 of the parents in our group, things escalated and the security didn't do a thing even with kids present. The day after the management found me and banned all out party from all the entertainment areas. When I explained if the group doing drugs were dealt with earlier it would not have happened I got told " it is what it is, we can only go off what security have told us" we then got told cctv had been watched and they knew we wasn't at fault but we still couldnt enter any entertainment areas. We got talking to other groups who also mentioned how bad the security where and that they looked like they just wanted to argue and pick on certain groups. We was there all weekend and was made to feel like we had done something wrong when it wasn't the case at all. Put a complaint in and shock horror nothing has come back.

Visited here this weekend. Stayed Friday to Monday in a bronze rated caravan. We were in 6 the lakes. Was nice and clean inside. But the decked area and exterior of the caravan would benefit from a jet wash. The kitchen was well equipped but the oven was not great and took absolutely ages to cook something. On our last day when packing things up we checked the bedroom cupboards and found a thong which didn't belong to us!! The park itself has lots to do. However, the swimming pool changing rooms leave a LOT to be desired. They absolutely stunk of urine. There was horrific music blasting aswell which seemed utterly pointless. The toddler area of the pool was freezing cold so didn't bother with it. Online it said there was a great softplay area for little ones in the arcade complex but it was rubbish and dirty. The arcades were fun with lots of fans to choose from. The clubs at night were not to our taste at all. No one watches the children they are all just left to run riot on the stafe whilst parents drink and stand outside smoking. There is a good selection of eateries but avoid the lakehouse bar and grill. £17.95 for a burger is extortionate in my opinion. Seems oyjetes agreed as it was dead every night we were there. The onsite shop is good and stocks lots of co op food. Location is great for getting to filey. The Haven app is worth getting before you visit so that you can check in, see the map of the site and book the activities. Wouldn't stay again as it wasn't really our cup of tea but I imagine lots of families enjoy it there.
