My wife, our son, his girlfriend and our dog were visiting Filey on a day trip whilst staying in Whitby and hunted high and low for somewhere dog friendly and found The Cobble. Upon entering we were greeted by very friendly staff, who set the tone for our visit. The service remained friendly and very prompt too and the food was excellent and of decent size. Well we came here a few years ago it was great. Then looked at reviews & gave it a miss for a couple of years. Recent reviews looked promising so we took the plunge. Absolutely delighted that we did. On our first visit the guy running service was unbelievable nothing a trouble to him. Great place to get out the cold after a walk on the beach!Great views of the beach/sea and a lovely balcony area, BUT only plastic glasses on the balcony due to people dropping them off!!
