Stayed here whilst attending Whitby Goth weekend, ideally situated near the train station to take you in and out of Whitby.Beautiful friendly country pub serving fresh food cooked to order. The en-suite rooms were perfect.Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Cosy traditional pub.However, considering its at the bottom of a steep dip, make sure you're well tanked up, before walking home ?
No food being served on my visit due to circumstances, lovely place in a lovely location would of been 5 stars with food.

A lovely welcome and the best roast dinner we have eaten out. Far more than we could manage but we gave it a good try! Dogs were made welcome. Would also recommend for just a drink if you are passing through. Was lovely to sit out the front in the sunshine and watch the world pass by.
