Our two night stay was just what we needed , comfy bed in a large room , friendly staff , super full english breakfast , pet friendly and quality home cooked evening meals .
The landlord and landlady are both very hard working yet remain friendly helpful and chatty . A real pub in a beautiful setting serving real food , a great find and perfect for visiting Whitby , Goathland and the North Yorkshire Moors .

Lealholm Ln, Lealholm, WhitbyVisited while walking the Esk Valley Walk. Lovely little place. Nice tea in fun china. We also had scones with jam and cream which were divine! Staff were lovely.
