“Although this is a 'standard' Costa coffee shop, we are lucky in Guisborough to have a lovely barista called Claire. She seems to be there every day, she is always so cheerful and she makes everyone feel welcome. She often volunteers to bring your order to your table as well, which is a lovely touch.”
