We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Voyager the meat was lovely and tender. Everything was cooked well and was hot when we got it it and we didn’t wait very long considering it was quite busy. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very good??keep up the good work ??

Cookfella's Wine Bar & Eatery

We’re not local but have eaten here 6 times now and everytime it’s been fantastic, we’ve had both tapas and the main menu and eaten in the bar and restaurant. The menu changes regularly and is so varied, you could be put off wondering how they can do things that are so diverse and still do it well but they manage it perfectly. The staff are really friendly, special mention to the young lady who works in the restaurant (she also sings at times she told us) she’s super friendly and helpful
We will be back every time we’re in the area

Sergio's Italian restaurant-café

Went there new years eve with another couple , it was extremely busy but the staff had forewarned us and we're in no rush and our 3 course meal came out over 2 hours which we didn't mind as we had a lot to catch up on . Meal was excellent as were the staff ? ?

Costa Coffee

Although this is a 'standard' Costa coffee shop, we are lucky in Guisborough to have a lovely barista called Claire. She seems to be there every day, she is always so cheerful and she makes everyone feel welcome. She often volunteers to bring your order to your table as well, which is a lovely touch.

Fox Inn

Me and my partner had a lovley stay here a lovely cosy clean room , comfortable bed , the amazing manager gave us a lovley little upgrade so no shared bathroom which was lovley he was so nice and accomadating to us , the food was really nice aswell 10/10 stay will deffos be back

Went here this morning aboit 9 ish was really busy, there was one server serving all customers and she did really well by herself while other staff were filling up all the shelves ready for the day. Good job guys n gals

Shurovi Restaurant

I tried the spicy Lamb Naga Curry it was very hot ? it's was full of flavour and spicy but not too hot also ! The lamb was very soft and succulent it tasted great ! High quality food all fresh

We used the drive through & were served by a lady named Megan. She was quite possibly the friendliest server I have ever met. She was brilliant. Well done, Megan!

Cleopatra Pizza

Really nice food and a nice polite delivery driver. Its the second time iv had a delivery from here and on both times the food has been lovely and cooked just the way I like it. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Welcome Inn Chinese Restaurant

The best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time … we had Kung Po King Prawn and Crispy Chilli beef. Delicious, and they delivered to the wrong side of Easington as well. I will definitely be ordering again ?

Doveito

More hits than misses but still not quite there. Doveito is a good Pizza shop with decent food that is hot most of the time, ready most of the time, what you ordered most of the time but that is the problem. Depending on how busy they are depends on which of the above you get. As they get busy the service goes down. If they could keep the consistency in the busy times they wold be a better business for it.

Domino's Pizza - Guisborough

During my recent order, Leon provided truly brilliant service. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole interaction. It’s not often that you come across someone who delivers such a great customer experience, and Leon really stood out.

Asked for pizza cooked slightly longer than usual and it was cooked to perfection. Huge very fresh and crisp salad. Quick delivery. Very satisfied and happy to recommend

Just ordered and asked for an alternative options that was not on menu , came as requested , lovely food , hot and we'll presented , very very polite delivery staff , recommend .

The Twisted Peel

Lovely friendly little place with great staff. Excellent cocktails, with a good varied cocktail menu. 2 for £14 between 4pm and 8pm. (September 2025)
They have several beers on tap too and are even dog friendly.
Definitely recommend.

The Priory Bistro

The food was lovely. Be prepared to wait though. It was about 15 minutes before we even got our drink. Wasn't overly busy either. Would definitely eat her again though. Staff were lovely

Smokin' Joe's Guisborough

First time eating here . We got take away to thornaby and all I can say is WOW. If you like proper burgers /chicken burgers then this is the place to be . The potion sizes are huuuuge .

Badger's Bar

Came across this lovely eatery on our way North. Cheese scones and coffee and tea were excellent. Lovely staff and a friendly atmosphere. Will call again when in Guisborough. The Manor Ladies!

The Courtyard

A great find. A lovely welcome & fab food with a brilliant choice of menu...Steak flatbread was the best I have ever had as was the triffle. Hubby had the ham hock broth ...hes hard to please but again he said it was delicious ...wish we had found it at the beginning of our holiday & not on the last day.

Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant

First time going since getting a diagnosis of coeliac disease and staff were observant of allergy/dietary requirements from the get go. As only just gone gluten free I probably won't realise if I was glutened yet so can't comment on how the food prep is.

De Brus Bar & Grill @ Gisborough Hall

Just returned from a night at Gisborough Hall with my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary. We stayed in the rose suite (room 125) and it was spectacular. Room was well laid out with great facilities and a very comfortable four poster bed. Bathroom was again huge with freestanding bath tub and shower cubicle. Great views out of the window over the tennis courts and hills beyond. Staff were excellent and a special mention for Zak in the bar who makes excellent cocktails. Food was incredible and great portion sizes. Hotel was clean throughout and staff were happy to help through our entire stay. Breakfast was equally good with a large choice from cereals, fruit, continental selection and cooked options. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel (and in particular one of the suites we stayed in) and would happily come back again.

Called in here today to buy a quick lunch for family while visiting the town. Lovely fresh made sandwiches, pies and cakes. Good value for money and 2 lovely ladies serving. Everything we needed

Honestly I love this place and I always love my meals the staff are so friendly and kind I’d 100% recommend this to anyone as I always enjoy my meals from here

I'm visiting Guisborough from London and I was recommended Jade city by a local. It was nothing like we have in London. I had king prawn fried noodles and chicken wings and I loved them. I will return to Guisborough and I will return to Jade City

Hutton Lane Fish Shop

Top dollar rubbish tiny cold fish dry horrible handful of chips, no scraps when asked for , obnoxious staffFish on display in the counter not what you get!!!Avoid!!!
