Usually unable to fault any pizza shop for a pizza but on this occasion the pizza was overcooked & tasteless. Hopefully they can overcome this and improve produce/training which Im sure they will. Look forward to sampling in the future.

Very late 3 weeks in a row and a couldn't care less attitude from the guy on the phone. We won't be ordering again after palcing weekly orders for over a year. Over a 2 hr wait on a Tuesday night. By the 5th phone call he amdited it hadn't even been made after previously saying it was on its way!

Used to go here quite alot in the past, until i received a off fishy smelling grey chicken parmo. Phoned back and the bossman came to my house and varified that it was rotton. He apologised and said it wouldnt happen again. Decent guy.Went back after quite a long time.. tried another chicken parmo.. Same again!! old fishy smelling bad tasting chicken. Its clearly been in the fridge all week and then sold off as fresh this sunday.. Even the chips were rock hard.. as if theyd been re cooked 4 times over 3 hours.Dissapointing.. quality has dropped way off here. Will be avoiding. I like fresh food.
Ordered at 17:00 told it will be 45 mins 17:45 order arrived, perfect. No food was cold, boxes all squashed, garlic sauce all over, delivery driver says I’ll bring another garlic which she did. Told her food was cold. She replied i will tell them. I phoned spike to quiet a rude man. Order binned, food in oven. Phone rings and polite man apologies, we will send more food? No thank you! Discount next time? No thank you as won’t be ordering again. I’ll send you £5:70. Delivery driver brings it and says i got blame for that great eh!! How rude ten out of ten for cold awful food and customer service….. Not.

Quick preparation, a bit confusing menu. Too many similar pizza description but when read quite a lot with similar/same toppings.

Ordered pizza & lasagne, placed order just before 7pm, rang shop again at 8pm, was told it's on its way, 10 minutes later, still no food, rang shop & said to cancel order, few minutes later order turned up, told delivery person i cancelled, take it back to shop, last weekend when we placed order, food was luke warm to cold, had to reheat food, we only live approx 5 minutes away from shop
