Avoid! First order they got completely wrong, and told they couldn't replace tgat night. Next day we rang up, they agreed to replace, 2 hours later, and 3 phone calls, one of which was to confirm our address, our order was delivered to Skelton ( we are in Guisborough) poor food, poor service and definitely will not be using again.

Ordered the family meal deal at 9:15pm to be delivered finally after 3 phone calls and air repeatedly turned blue food or shall I say partial order arrived at 11:50pm when shop was closed and no complaints could be made absolutely furious only gave 1 star as can't give a zero star never again will I be ordering from here a very loyal customer lost due to incompetence

Suppose to close at 1 pm . Called constantly from 12 and they kept putting the phone down on us .. if you dont want the orders close early and do not let people think that they can order food from you

This place has gone down hill massively since ownership change a couple of months ago. Staff are lazy and ignorant. If they don't want to do something they will tell you it's off the menu or ran out. They try telling you there's no donner meat when its sat there spinning on the grill... So not very intelligent. Ingredients used are of noticeably lower quality too. Do yourself a favour and walk further up the high street for your next take away

The actual food is always excellent, but getting a bit fed up with the wrong order arriving. Tonight's tuna and onion pizza arrived with no tuna. Mistakes like this becoming a bit too regular.

Food was cold, garlic emptied all over bag and food, nothing left in the carton was told I ordered 46 mins ago so too late to say good is cold, it had only just been delivered 2 mins earlier staff attitude disgusting….. will never use again

The food was fantastic. The pizzas were really tasty, the bolognese on the parmo was very generous and my sister said the tandoori kebab was the best that she ever had. Overall we thought this was the best pizza takeaway we have ever had and will order again in the future.

Even on a Monday evening this place was busy whilst other takeaways in Guisborough were quiet. So the local opinion seems clear. It is pizza, parmos, kebabs etc. The full parmo is massive (hint: a half one is enough for a person) and was ok without being world beating. The chips were pretty disappointing though. Friendly enough inside.
