“Food here is always great. Proper home-cooked food at reasonable prices, friendly staff and warm, cosy atmosphere. Sunday carvery is excellent / better than home and you don’t have to do the washing up! Highly recommended.Parking: Plenty of space in the car park and free on-street parking in the village if the car park’s full.”

“Stayed nearby and enjoyed a few meals here during our stay. A little on the pricey side, but the food was amazing, especially the sunday roast which was cooked just right. The potatoes and cauliflower were delicious. One of my favorite things was the toffee pudding. Staff were friendly and gave us information about the area because we planned to take walks and visit the Fountains Abbey.”
