Would not sell a cup of coffee to go 30 min before closing

The server Bex was really sweet , helpful and patient and gave very good customer service. Provided better service than any other store in harrogate, would definitely recomend.

Nice place good coffee, but there was only one person working there, making coffee, cleaning, serving, the Avatar of Overworked and Underpaid staff, such a shame for a franchise to behave like this, I hope the guy receives a bonus

This Caffe Nero near the bus/railway station seems to be better managed than the larger Nero on Cambridge Street. The staff are efficient yet friendly and you're never waiting long, unlike the other Nero. Nice relaxing choice of music too. Great for easing into the morning before work.

Always super busy. Poor staff always have a queue to almost out the door whenever I walk past/visit. Clearly understaffed because of signs on the door and closing early all the time. The couple of staff on the bar are so busy with orders they can't attend to clearing tables and wiping them down which just makes the shop look so messy. The staff member taking orders last time I visited was polite but very obviously rushing whilst taking orders to try clear the queue whilst the other person made the abundance of drinks. I feel bad for the staff there :(Hope they increase the pay so it actually tempts people to apply as it'll be worth the money which I know it isn't at the minute.Drinks and snacks are always nice tho. Very sad the raspberry and white chocolate frappe isn't "ranged" in store even though it's on the online menu

Busy spot and probably understaffed for the time of day. 2 staff in trai ing and only 1 who was fully competent.Excellent coffee, though.

Went in at midday on a Tiesday to be told that it's closed. Trading hours show that it's open. Waste of my time
Seems to be closed more often than open due to staff shortages. Walked past the Cambridge Crescent cafe which is also shut for the same reason. Hardly seems justifiable having two cafes when neither are open.

Nice coffee & cake friendly staff

Dirty and frustratingly slow compounded by just eat take outs taking priority over in store customers, Nero has more than gone down hill in recent years, this store is a prime example of that. Staff seemed pleasant enough but on the whole a dreadful experience.
Richard Lee
Very busy, rather under staffed however, service was still very good, well done you guys.

I've used Nero many times but this time I was very disappointed. After waiting a long time to be served, our coffee was so strong even though I had ordered latte and the pastries were burnt, sorry not burnt they were insinuated all in all a very disappointing visit.
My all time favourite coffee
An excellent coffee and cake stop.
