A comfy friendly pub right next to the main station. Fantastic proper pub with loads of beers and an open fire. Staff are spot on and know their stuff too. They don't do actual meals but have sandwiches for sale from a local sandwich shop.

A lot of pubs at train stations are filled with people waiting for their trains to arrive - not this one.We visited the Tap for a quick drink before going out for dinner.Staff were friendly & helpful & the beer/lager choice was just amazing.I'm definitely visiting them again.
