Past connection with the Royal Baths Chinese restaurant in Harrogate, and whilst the Royal Baths are much more comfortable surroundings, the food in Haks is far superior. Quite small inside, hence it is always advisable to book. Take away is available.With our meal, we purchased wine, hence the bill was more than purely food.Highly recommended.”

Chinese • “My partner and I are just back from this fabulous restaurant. It was one of the most delicious chinese meals we've had for a long time. It's a buffet style restaurant but the chef cooks your meals fresh to order. You wait a bit longer for the chef to prepare your order but it's well worth the wait. We ordered two hot & sour soups, salt & pepper chicken wings, and Peking style ribs for starter. They were all phenomenally delicious! And because the chef cooks your meals to order, they come out to your table hot (temperature-wise). The main dishes were equally delicious - szechaun chicken, crispy chicken in Thai sweet chilli sauce, and king prawn (I mean "KING" prawns) with ginger & spring onions. I highly recommend this reataurant for anyone living in or visiting Harrogate.”

Everytime the food is spot on. we were forgotten about on one occasion and we just laughed it off when we waited to have our first drinks/food order taken 20 minutes after sitting down. it was a one off so its not the end of the world. food always fresh and hot and it is priced very reasonably.”

“I would recommend anyone to visit this cafe/Chinese in Harrogate.The location is on the opposite side of road where McDonald's is located. I ordered the big breakfast and glad I did as it was superb and really tasty and the chef cooked it to perfection. I could tell that all parts of the big breakfast from the sausage and bacon to the large beefburger and chips too were quality products. There are also smaller breakfasts on the menu if you prefer. There are also many Chinese meals you can choose too. I was glad that I found this place because the service was exceptional which was a nice surprise and the food I ordered was very clean and hot,so if you are looking for quality food at a reasonable price with great customer service you won't go wrong by visiting this place even if it's just for a cup of tea,you are still made welcome. Thank you to the staff and owner for making my visit to your cafe/Chinese very enjoyable and a place to remember.
