Chinese food at its best. Past connection with the Royal Baths Chinese restaurant in Harrogate, and whilst the Royal Baths are much more comfortable surroundings, the food in Haks is far superior. Quite small inside, hence it is always advisable to book. Take away is available.With our meal, we purchased wine, hence the bill was more than purely food.Highly recommended.
Expensive but very good food.Service wasn't the best, we had keep asking for drinks after waiting too long and I didn't appreciate the added service charge, especially when the service wasn't very good. If I leave a tip, its my choice and shouldn't be automatically on the bill.

Great food and lovely staff.We arrived without booking and they fit us in (we had to wait an hour so we went for a drink at Harrogate Tap).We had three dim sum starters which were fantastic, especially the pork rapped in bean curd.Then we shared beef with green pepper and black bean sauce and peppercorn szechwan chicken and accompanied it with some noodles.Very good and friendly staff.Had a bottle of wine too, total came to £86 including a 10% tip.
