I stop by this Greggs regularly on the way home from work - mostly to order a sausage roll or a steak bake. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly - keep up the good work guys!

I love Greggs. But my experience at this Greggs has be shocking. The staffs don't even know how to speak to their customers. Specially the female staff she didnt even listen to what I was trying to tell her but she rather got more aggressive even though I didn't swear or get aggressive towards them. The company needs to fire her. And I should have video recorded the whole conversation.

Went for a pasty and was watching a elderly lady being served by a young gent called Lewis, the lady asked for a receipt and Lewis did not show any kind of great customer service in fact he was huffing and speaking under his breath. Maybe some training might help Lewis
