Absolutely brilliant community pub although run commercially by a young couple. Fabulous gardens and excellent staff and food with lots of events.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible to bar and garden but not to accomodation which is upstairs. It's an old building.

Been here many times for Sunday lunch but after our experience today will not be returning. 3 of our drinks were wrong and when roast dinners arrived the portin sizes were very small especially for a man.Also the quality of food is not what it used to beThis place has gone downhill which is such a shame..

Whilst travelling down the A1 we needed a place to eat without making too much of a detour. Pub was easy to find with good parking. Nicely decorated with a clean and homely feel. Food was excellent we had fish and chips and came out quickly. Good local beer selection ?

My wife and I were at the Green Dragon to celebrate a friends 60th birthday. Food was fantastic my wife and I had the steak it was cooked perfectly. The staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and definitely be calling again. 5 out of 5

The carnivores said the burgers were very tasty. All the food was fabulous.- we had main courses and dessert.The Malbec was very delicious!And the Black Sheep not half bad.Our waitress Emma was brilliant - great service delivered with a great sense of humor and bubbly personality! Thank you for a fabulous eveningVegetarian options: Although a compact menu there were 3 choices for us vegetarians which is excellent for a vegetarian.

Average pub grub but top end prices. Generally sloppy service on this visit. Igloo not ready on arrival, nobody came to take order after waiting 25mins so went to the bar, main meals arrived and had to ask for cutlery.
