Never, ever have I been here and been able to get served immediately without waiting for something or other to be cooked, however once served the portion sizes are immense and could probably feed two people with one portion sized offering.The majority of staff are really pleasant but not all one server always has a face like a smacked bottom, rarely cracks a smile and can come across quite prickly with how she addresses people. Parking out front can be a bit of an issue at busy times of the day and there's not much room to manoeuvre due to the other businesses on the same cul-de-sac. Food is good, pricey for certain things but I guess that is the same story with most fish & chip shops now. ??

The place is a joke, food is not too bad but staff are absolutely horrible with such a disgusting attitude, we started getting it for delivery. We only live 0.3 mile away from this shop but still takes the driver 15 to 20 minutes to arrive with food after leaving the shop, obviously it turns up cold, staff don’t care when you phone to inform them and complain. WILL NOT USE THESE EVER AGAIN

Nice food when it's on time and hot. Ordered and told 1 hour. Was 2 hours and parmo wad stone cold and mushed into the box as was last on the delivery run and must of had everything else on top of it.

This place was always my favourite for parmos.But has gone really down hill.Smaller portions, soggy chips, watery garlic sauce (not even a full tub) ordered kebab and chips and it was absolutely dripping in grease (yeh it’s a kebab but shouldn’t be that bad)VERY EXPENSIVEHate to leave a bad review but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Ordered fish and chips last time and they were lovely.Got battered burger and chips this time again they were lovely got them delivered always hot and quite a quick delivery

Got a 'Regular hotshot parmo' delivery cost £14.47p said within the hr. Delivery arrives 58 minutes after phoned up.This place has gone downhill unfortunately.Chicken use to be a inch thick now about 5mm, more sauce than chicken, was dry chewy. No more from here for us. Over priced underwhelming.

I ordered food from here I was told it would be within the hour after 65 minutes I rang back the lad I spoke to said it should be with you in an few minutes after another 20 minutes still no food I rang back the shop to be told it had just left the shop 5 minutes ago After 130 minutes the food turned up it was definitely not worth the wait the chips were raw and the chicken tikka had no taste

Ordered delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive the food was cold paid £22 for parmo burger and fish and chips absolute waste of money complained to owner who said unfortunately he wasn't working that night and he'd speak to staff, usually spend on average £50 a week in this shop and this is the reward for my loyalty

I called for a collection at around 6.40pm: sadly, have a number of complaints. I orderedchicken jalfrezi vindalo - there was no heat whatsoever in it, chicken passanda - it was chicken with a very bland tomato sauce, no flavour, no onions, no nuts.mushroom pilau rice - I was given white rice with peas and I think that I was also overcharged. I could have taken the order back but as I'd had an hour round trip to get it we just ate it and hoped it would be ok - it wasn't ?.Contacted them for a response rather than post a negative review but no teply
Large fish &chips carton mushy peas . Peas dry large fish more like a normal size fish not worth it for the price .

Food is great love it my favourite place to order a parmo from and there is somthing for everyon but their delivery time is shocking i wait about an hour and half everytime i order and its about 5 minutes drive from my house!
