Never, ever have I been here and been able to get served immediately without waiting for something or other to be cooked, however once served the portion sizes are immense and could probably feed two people with one portion sized offering.The majority of staff are really pleasant but not all one server always has a face like a smacked bottom, rarely cracks a smile and can come across quite prickly with how she addresses people. The place is a joke, food is not too bad but staff are absolutely horrible with such a disgusting attitude, we started getting it for delivery. We only live 0.3 mile away from this shop but still takes the driver 15 to 20 minutes to arrive with food after leaving the shop, obviously it turns up cold, staff don’t care when you phone to inform them and complain. WILL NOT USE THESE EVER AGAIN

Nice food when it's on time and hot. Ordered and told 1 hour. Was 2 hours and parmo wad stone cold and mushed into the box as was last on the delivery run and must of had everything else on top of it.
