Gave it a 3 star's ...now the coffee was OK but the cafe could do with a good clean...especially the floor...just take a look at the floor mat at the entrance door.

Nero is Nero wherever you go. Same coffee, same food etc. If you like it, great, if you don't then you won't! I like the coffee - best of the mainstream chains. Their toasties are great too, although they do seem a little less crisp than they used to be

Well what a dump, the furniture is dirty and torn there are food crumbs all over the furniture and looks disgusting the tables are all falling apart and looked as if they haven't been cleaned for over a week. Staff just standing talking to each other and no customer interaction. The drink I wanted wasn't available and wasn't even given a recommendation of an alternative as it's off the new menu shouldn't be told they haven't got it.

Went midday on a May Saturday for an iced drink The shop has run out of ice and no made or obtained any more. Left without a drink, unlikely to return.

A slightly too warm but large example of the brand set in Northallerton's High Street, diagonally opposite Boots. The staff were busy but friendly and efficient and helpful. The drinks taste the same wherever you go but that is a bonus as consistency means you can always rely on good quality.

First time in a Cafe Nero and was pleasantly surprised. Great coffee. Used my Vitality app and enjoyed my Free Coffee. Back again soon for more free drinks.
