Had my daughter’s birthday party here today and she has had a fantastic time making sundaes with her friends. Before and during the party we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We always enjoy ice cream or desserts at Dolcie’s and would definitely recommend for a children’s party!

This is the best place in the world for ice cream sweets and coffee. I just love it - we should have had an ice cream parlour in the town a long time ago - If they haven't got the flavour you want, just ask and you never know they might have it - I love white chocolate :)

Called in late on this afternoon and no one in. I stood at counter whilst one young girl cleaned the coffee machine, one carried pots away and one cleaned table tops. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before asking the girl wiping tables if anybody could serve me, “I’ll only be two minutes” was the reply. Ridiculous.Finally the girl cleaning the coffee machine asked the table cleaner if she should serve me. Unbelievable. These young girls need further training and overseeing by someone who knows what they are doing. Not impressed at all however the cone, when I finally got one, was very nice!Footnote re Owners response:Because reviews form part of normal social media and that’s how they work. They provide honest feedback on public places so others can get an idea of what they may possibly face if they visit the establishment themselves. Hopefully this is a one off but none of the three girls working paid me the slightest attention.

Excellent customer service, I called and didn’t realise they were closed, but the lady saw me and came out and asked me if I wanted an ice cream. Made my 86 year old dad a very happy man x
disgusting attitude from both girls, they wouldn’t stop speaking about me and my friend whilst laughing at each other. the milk was very out of date and has made me feel quite i’ll.

Very very clean establishment with a nice outdoor seating area, where if the weather is favourable is a lovely spot to eat your Ice Cream treats. Not the cheapest but still very enjoyable and staff were friendly. Will definitely come again.
