Visited the northallerton store on 16th December. The women serving us was very rude. She didn't know what food was diary free and couldn't be bothered to ask someone who would know. She rushed the children who were trying to decide what to eat since she couldn't give us a list of food the children could eat with their allergies. If staff don't understand allergies they should not be serving food. Very poor customer service.
