Good cheap place to get a tasty full breakfast on a weekend. Don't come here to drink as I think it would be quite busy due to how cheap the drinks are. Glad the town has a Wetherspoons ?

Love it here the staff are excellent in accommodating people with needs too.Had a small pizza and refillable all day cappuccino for less than 6 pounds too.Very handy for the local bus stop too so I take a book and am always made SO welcome while waiting for my bus .The staff are exceptionally accommodating and are The Buck Inns best asset many many thanks to all.Wheelchair accessibility: I have a mobility aid and it is totally accessible plus disabled toilet facilities too

Great food and drink for the price. Always clean and tidy with friendly staff. A first choice for many.

The last time we were here was a good year ago and I couldn't fault it, but last night we went for a family meal and it was very disappointing. The mixed grill was dry and chewy, the lasagne was very obviously microwaved and tasted awful. For the price we paid it was disappointing. The lemon and herb chicken & the chips were lovely, but again for the price it was a small portion. Great place for drinks and some side dishes, but I'd avoid the main meals and avoid if your soul intention is to have a meal.

Excellent 'Spoons. Good food, well kept and varied choice of ales, quick service and a very nice atmosphere inside. Staff all seemed happy and were friendly and chatty. Easy parking right outside and only a very short walk from town centre. Highly recommended.

Typical Weatherspoons pub. Nicely refurbished pub, good service, basic reasonably priced food. It has a nice outside courtyard for warmer days. The only thing I never understand about Weatherspoons is why they don't allow dogs not even in the outside spaces. If we've been walking and have my dog with me I use another pub as cant leave her in the car.

I've been here a couple of times, and food is always great. Tables are cleaned regularly, and the wait times are never too long unless packed. The outdoor area is lovely, and the heaters are a nice touch. 9/10 would recommendKid-friendliness: There's a kids' menu that's fully customisable and colouring in sheets and crayon supplied. Highchairs are available, too.

A dedicated member of staff needs appointing to ensure unused tables are clear of crockery, bottles and glasses and the table AND floor area is cleaned/clear of food and spillages. Finding a vacant table (inside or outside) to sit at which has been cleared was impossible. Customers putting plates on nearby tables not being used to clear a tables for themselves. When eventually collected by a staff member no efforts was made to clean the table removing spillages/food. Our visit was mid morning on Saturday. Lack of attention to cleaning gives the place a downmarket feel/experience.

Acoustics are terrible, so noisy, but probably because we're getting too old. ?It's a lovely lively place for families and seemed very popular.

Breakfast was not great compared to previous visits but overall the staff/atmosphere /value for money were all good.

Lovely looking weatherspoons.Food was awful. Lemon & Herb chicken - pink inside.. 50% of the food was cold.

It's a nice Spoons. The drinks a varied and cheap, just as expected. The service was slow but, it was 8pm and slightly busy. The food is below average and although not expensive still not great value for money. Our complaint was handled well as they got the order wrong. They did blame us for the error withiut investigation. We declined an offer of free dessert. It would seem that almost everything, apart from steak, is microwaved! Greasy tables and no care from the kitchen staff although they are obviously limited. In summary, not a bad venue for drinks, avoid the food unless you desperate.

Typical JD Wetherspoons eatery, it could have and should have been better, the food was OK but it was not hot and a little bit of me thinks that it wasn't all freshly cooked. Not a lot more to say except that some people will think it's great, but for me Wetherspoons have tailed off recently and it is nowhere near as good as they once were, they need to get back to providing the level of quality they used to provide.

I must say this was a pleasant surprise. Great breakfast, hot and very quick to arrive. Great coffee and a non sticky table. Thanks guys you definitely have restored my faith in this pub chain, we'll be back.

Considering this is one of the newest Wetherspoons I expected a lot more. Long wait for service, dirty tables and cold food. Will not be going back in the morning for breakfast.
