Awful Sunday dinner today, don't know if its because I went 2.30pm. The gammon was over cooked. No Turkey on a Sunday dinner. I asked for a 2nd yorkshire pudding as I have no veg. The chef was rude my friend said she can have mine as I'm not having one. This place needs customer service skills. Won't be coming

If you're after a good value, friendly, proper pub then this is a great place. Me and my wife went in on a Sunday and chose the carvery. It was ready straight away, good portions and great quality. Nice open fire too. If I had to pick then the gents toilets were a bit dark.

Popped in tonight for a beer with my partner. Couldn't wait to leave, the amount, volume & loud foul language was awful.I complained on leaving to the barman who looked about 15.We will not be rushing back.
