We booked afternoon tea for mother's day and it did not disappoint! Every aspect was absolutely delicious, having a vegetarian person included was no problem at all, and the cafe itself was beautiful.

Another lovely lunch at The Joiner's Shop today. Spring has definitely sprung and we were welcomed with a lovely Daff on the table. The food and service were superb, as always.

Popped in on Saturday morning, a great friendly welcome, menu is great except if you can’t eat egg, very limited, I had beans on toast which was great, cakes we took home were fabulous. Atmosphere and service five star. So my only advice add something for non egg eaters.

Delicious food and great friendly service. Only had coffee and cake, but determined to come back to try other delights on the menu.

A very welcoming little cafe expecially if you have a dog [rather than a 'Hall of Fane of people' they have a 'Howl of Fame of dog pictures.'This place is immaculate, so clean with the kitchen on show.Very comfortable chairs and good size table. You don't feel too close. We only had a cheese scone with an Americano, plus a diet coke & a piece of Trillionaire shortbread , with dark chocolate. We watched dishes leaving the kitchen and they looked delicious. We will be back to sample the food. The waiting staff were attentive. Drinks were served promptly, followed very quickly by our scone & cake. There is extra seating upstairs, which we didn't view.A number of walkers were using the cafe. The cafe asks you to slip on blue plastic shoe covers to help keep the premises clean, not too much to ask. ❤️

Superb friendly service, excellent food, and just a ? atmosphere ?. The food really is as good as all the pictures and of a very healthy portion. Well worth a detour small or large.

Very nice , the first time I stumbled upon this coffee shop. Sat outside as it was pleasant and i was on my bike. I ordered inside and said I would sit outside.I got a lidded paper cup and a cake in a bag , I would have preferred a proper cup and a plate. Both the coffee and the cake were very good and sure they would have been better on pot.Parking: Better to park a bit further down the road narrows up the hillWheelchair accessibility: I doubt a wheelchair would get in as it was quite small.

Small menu but absolutely gorgeous food and generous portions. Friendly, welcoming staff. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

No surprises to see that this little gem of a place is award winning. We enjoyed tea and cake here this afternoon. Welcoming staff, good selection of cakes and lovely atmosphere. Conveniently situated on the Coast 2 Coast route.
