I ordered at 11:30 and they said they would text me to get my address as they didn’t know where it was and it’s now an hour later no text no food and it’s closed so I can’t ring to see where it is. Why take my order and address if you aren’t going to deliver.

I had to give one star unfortunately,1 hour later ,no delivery,rang up,they said they had rung me a few times,I don't think so ! then said they had got the wrong number and wrong address, Don't even bother people, Pathetic excuses , obviously can't rate their food ,this time round, however,last year delivery and food was excellent.Are they under new management????

i'm not happy at all my bf and i got a kebab and a mixed meat wrap £37 that is far to much for starters my bf bought it and didn't say anything till he was back home then i opened the food up its freezing cold we got 2 salads instead of chips and the garlic mayo isnt even garlic mayo im mortified words cant describe the anger i am feeling

Can't understand any of the negative reviews on here. People taking the orders are friendly and efficient. Deliveries are the same. Food is fresh, hot and really tasty. Nothing is greasy or badly cooked. Cannot fault Bits n Pizzas.

The delivery driver doesn’t bother to look at house numbers and tries to deliver the the wrong house. After him ringing our doorbell at 10 minutes past midnight, I complained and the manager didn’t care and was rude and said our house number wasn’t visible despite it being inches away from the driver (apparently the delivery driver was her husband). Hint.. use a torch next time so you can see the numbers in the dark! We since have our house number on show in 4 locations, one is reflective so when he shows up at night, the car lights illuminate the number yet tonight, he did it again! He walked past all 4 house number signs! After realising it was the wrong house again, he stomped over my garden and plants, crunching as they broke. No point ringing up to get the worst customer service again and no apology. Please tell your delivery driver to have some respect for people’s property and use a torch!

Treat kids to pizza whilst on holiday food tasty and hot. Friendly service. Chilli sauce tasty. Down side cash only and no parking and a little pricey. Would go again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza dough would be a nice option

Ordered a tuna pizza , came raw , didn’t wanna complain because the manager was rude when ordering so couldn’t be bothered with the hassle when I’m on holiday with the family. Wouldn’t recommend at all , honestly worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Save yourself the money.
Asked for a large donner kebab on naan. Guy said yes, got the order and was on a dry crumbly pitta. Would not recommend. Not worth it.

Ended up in bin where it belongs and I now have a 6 year old throwing up from food poisoning. Staff rude, aggressive and have zero customer service. They do not display their food hygiene score as I have since found that they only scored a 3. Avoid. £16 literally in the bin.

Ordered several pizzas, cheezy chips and two chicken kebabs - all top notch. Loved the chicken kebabs - tons of fresh salad, and lovely chilli sauce. Kids all loved the pizzas - they insisted on eating what was left the next day! Staff were really nice, place is just off "market place" and fairly easy to find.

Got a pizza from here chicken was brown/black. Left most of it but the 2 slices I did have caused me to get food poisoning. I was I bed for a full day with sickness. Hygiene rating of only 3 stars wish I knew that before I went. Please guys don't get food from here
