5 stars! Best Costa shop ever I bought a Salted caramel Frappe and it was the best coffee ive ever tasted i Recommend this place 10/10 ?

Food was excellent. When waiting for a table, we had to stand in a very narrow corridor,Ordered 3 senior citizen meals that came with Tea, but only received tea for 2. Then paid separately for our meals and they charged service charge on every one. I don't think service charge, should be added on automatically, also didnt see anything on the menu that service charge will be added. If some customers want to tip, then it's up to the customer.

The coffee’s great but oh dear - facilities. No check made on toilet; advised there was ‘no soap’ and two hours later, still no soap and now no toilet paper either!Come on staff… you can and should do better.

Food wasn't toasted fully, only one side toasted of sandwich. This resulted in the filling falling out as this was hot, but bread wasn't toasted on one side. Staff forgot to bring food with the order, had to remind them, customer service was not up to the usual standard I've experienced at other Costa outlets.

Rip off they charge you more for a bigger take out cup but you get the contents of the smaller cup as the bigger cup is in fact tall but thinner and does not hold anymore cofree . So been ripped off

we were staying directly across from Costa in Pickering and could see the staff cleaning their tables with a floor mop. ? Haven't actually been but definitely won't be going.

Popped in this morning for salted caramel and cream frappee’s the drinks was made amazingly, and service was fantastic the two young lads on today (19th April) was lovely and had excellent customer service! Thank you!

This staff are excellent, coffee is great we had a latte, piping hot, friendly and amicable people to deal with….the only drawback is that the place could do with money spent on it. As the saying sez you can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear. It is so drab the chairs and furniture have been here since I joined costas, and that’s a good many years now that we have been coming here, and we are regulars. SO GIVE IT AN UPGRADE BEGORE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS.

First time I got to wonder around Pickering. Lovely place! Around mid day our 2 year old was having a nap so we wondered into Costa. It was quiet, comfy and had lovely views of the town upstairs. Coffee was what you would expect, but the place was warm and was nice to sit for an hour just to chill. I would defiantly come here again. Toilets were clean and tidy, I think it is missing child changing facilities which is always a help! Especially now as I have a child. We had a slice of cake which was nice. Just a little pricey but I say that about all coffee shops these days. I think they are all over priced. I would drink in them more if I did not have to re-mortgage my house to get a drink! Would drink here again though!
