Had a wonderful stay with my husband on friday. Our accommodation was beyond our expectations with a living area with roll top Bath on the ground floor and bedroom on the second. Dinner was lovely and the breakfast delicious. All the staff are warm and friendly. We would definitely return. Very good value for money. Thanks to all the staff. The girls on reception/waitressing where fantastic. If I had a hotel I would be head hunting them to work for me. Thanks lasses x

The family and i stopped here for lunch over the Christmas period, and I just had to comment on the fish, chips, and mushy peas that i ordered as they are the best that i have had. Seriously, if you come here to eat, order the fish.

Called in for an evening drink. Good selection of ales, friendly staff and atmosphere, serves food but we didn't dine there.

Exceptional Christmas break over four nights. Food and ambiance superb and mercifully free of christmas tat. Just a lovely place to be. Quality meats and cheeses and clear expertise from the very busy kitchen. What impressed most of all was the kind as well as efficient service throughout. A real team from cleaner through to a young team of helpers to the manager and salaried staff. Well done.

Loved it in here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Owners were in attendance and they too were very friendly. We actually went in every day over our long weekend visit. Keep up the great work. ?Walkability: At the top end of the main street. You could either start or finish here on a pub walkaboutFood & drinks: Didn't dine here but the food looked very nice. The ale was great and well priced ?

Just had a week in pickering. Can't compare with any other pup in town, we didn't go to any others. Just sat in the snug by the fire enjoyed the atmosphere beer and wine. Dined on our last night, a little pricey but worth

Tonight we visited the White Swan at approximately 8pmfor a meal. We asked for a table for four and was "abruptly" told, "stopped serving, tills down". No I'm sorry, in fact the girl serving drinks didn't even look up at us. Appalling customer service.
