We booked last minute, a table for two and we were accommodated. The service was fantastic, we were offered drinks immediately and the staff were very attentive.We had a starter - just a garlic bread but it was delicious and then our meals arrived. Escalope Zacharoffe and pizza.The food was delicious and plentiful.Excellent experience.We would recommend!

Waited at the door entrance for ten mins feeling awkward no one even greeted us or said anything. Sat for 20mins and they never even came and asked us if we wanted a drink so we got up and walked out. Very poor service. Far too loud in there too. People shouting over the loud music. Would not recommend this place. Also cold

Came today for a proper Teesside parmo as the ones near me aren’t good. It was absolutely beautiful, can’t fault the food at all. Service was good but the restaurant itself was freezing which wasn’t ideal.

I would never choose this place as a go to place for anything. I only end up here for social gatherings and never out of choice, all I can say is its ok. The food is ok, drinks are ok. Nothing to get excited about. Unfortunately the service is very slow, music is deafening. They play a happy birthday song twice as loud as background music if people are there celebrating a birthday however that is literally all they do It happened when i was there and it just seemed like they knocked the volume up for one of there fave songs, nothing accompanied with the ridiculously loud birthday song. Couldn't even tell it was anyones birthday from the atmosphere of the room. Overall, central park redcar is outdated, over rated and I'm surprised its outlived other eateries that no longer exist.

I was invited here with family for a birthday. I was really disappointed with the options they have for vegan or dairy free customers. No vegan starters available and only one main meal to choose from which was a veggie pasta dish. It was edible but nothing special and a pasta dish is not something I'd usually go for and it cost £9.95. Please think about evolving the menu, it's 2023 and I've been vegan for 2.5 years this has to be the only restaurant I've been to with family and friends where I have had such little choice. The decor is pretty and the staff seemed friendly, please just broaden the menu to cater for more people. ?

We went here to celebrate my sons 16th birthday (his choice) , we booked the table with ease . When we arrived it was quite chilly outside, so we were all looking forward to getting into the warmth . Unfortunately the restaurant was freezing, to the point I was wearing gloves at the table throughout the whole meal , I have raynauds syndrome so really feel the cold especially on my hands and feet . Initially I thought it was just me but all of us were freezing, my dad even wore a scarf throughout the whole meal . It was uncomfortably cold .We spent well over £200 but it was ruined by the uncomfortable atmosphere, even one of the waitresses said she was freezing too . I understand the cost involved with gas / electricity but the customers shouldn’t suffer , when you go out for a meal especially somewhere that’s not that cheap , the least you expect is to be able to remove your coat and gloves indoors.Food was lovely just too cold to enjoy, so I ended up bringing my meal home where I could eat it without gloves on .

I don’t know where to begin in regards to this review. The food was OK at best but wouldn’t pay to eat there again. This place is far from child friendly I’ve had quieter nights in a nightclub. Floor and serving staff were lovely couldn’t fault them however the same can’t be said for all staff in the facility, when comments were made regarding the music staff turned it up making it unbearable you couldn’t hear yourself think and they rolled their eyes when comments were made to turn it down.
I think it’s disgusting that the children’s booster seats they are meant to sit in to eat are stored in a toilet/cleaning cupboard!
