Redcar has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country!Cold fries and a cheeseburger that tasted like the bottom of an old grill pan, smelled like one too.Only one other car on the drive thru so how they manage cold food is beyond me!Don’t give receipts either so you can’t go on mcfoodforthoughts!

Near enough every single time I have been the orders been incorrect, ask for it to be corrected today and the order was literally shot in the bag, didn't even bother wrapping the items the right way, after a 40 minute wait I finally got some cold food to go with my now melted mcflurry, never again.

Not great. Ordered on the app but had to wait ages and then there was a cheeseburger missing. Didn't realise till we got home so not worth going back. Plus some moron pinched the just eat guys bag and bike.

The staff absolutely lovely and helpful. I am visited many McDonald's and I can say it was the most customer friendly. The food was delicious and the service was really fast. Thank you.

Usually very busy. Bad car park. Staff very friendly but food sometimes cold or thrown around in a bag before being given to you. Either that or someone makes it beautifully then falls down the stairs before putting it in a blender, then dropping it all over the floor. Then mopping it up and wringing it out in to a bag and then shake it around some more before putting it in a new bun with a full iceberg lettuce.

i went through the drive through and this lady got my order wrong and was asking what size happy meal? and then i ordered a plain hamburger and got given a non plain cheesburger I AM LIVID i will not be using this horrible restaurant, you have lost a loyal respectful representative of community as a customer and also she asked if we wanted a water when we asked for a coke can you get this thick.
