I called to order 2 donner wraps and then they talked to me and then I was talking and they processed to end the phone on me so I called again and said hello and they again ended it on me, so I went in to get my food and they said it would be 20 minutes which was fine then he said that now it was going to take 1 hour+ which I wasn't happy about so I was sat there for 20 minutes for nothing, also in my opinion they should get there 30-60 early to make the wraps and not as soon as they open they should be pre-maded for when people come in

I had a delicious Shawarma dish, with potato wedges & battered onion rings. The whole dish was delicious, but too dry. It would've hugely benefited from a good meat gravy. Overall 8 outa 10.?

Would give this zero stars if had choice. Not been here in years. Food absolutely stinks to high hell of TCP. Chips burnt mouth because of it in food. Parmo chewy as hell. Cheap chicken. Lots gone straight in the bin. Family left hungry £18 later. Will be calling bank

Absolutely disgusted with staff here this evening. After placing our order online a item was missing. I called to report it and he said we get one out, knowing due to past experience with Mos staff I have waited Upto a hour for missing items to be sent out. So I asked when will it be sent out and he bit my head off shouted at me down phone .. absolutely disgusting behaviour my partner and son both heard it as had him on loud speaker. After pulling him about this he continued to have attitude towards me. Never again will I use Mo's palace I have been a regular customer for years but no more your staff are a disgrace ?

Food was excellent and a reasonable price we ordered 3 kebabs and a pizza the kebabs came as seperate meat, salad, naan and sauce very unusual but very welcome I particularly loved the chilli sauce and my wife loved the shawarma brilliant all round

Shocking food isn't that great and staff are extremely rude. They also accuse you of stuff you didn't do, like taking a receipt from the machine when in fact you didn't even touch it and there was actually just no more paper in it and they don't even apologise. Honestly shocking and appalling service n I wud not recommend. I'll definitely not be going there again and taking my money elsewhere. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
