After a rather soggy day (racecourse family day abandoned) had a day walking around and decided to pop in for a meal, the lamb shank was very nice and would recommend ?

Stopped here for Sunday Lunch with my elderly mum. Loved it. They do a large and a smaller portion so perfect for us. Sensibly priced, good plate of food with all the usual vegetable selection. Great friendly service, and dinner was served quickly. Highly recommended.

THE best Sunday dinners in redcar! The food itself is amazing I've never had a bad meal yet! If your a gravy fan that thinks the gravy makes the meal, you're in for a treat!

Went to the Lobster last night to have a celebratory dinner. We couldn't have picked a better venue, The meals were the best pub meals we have had in years, fresh veges cooked to perfection, fantastic pies, served hot with gravy on the side, add to that friendly hosts and customers and no mobiles and tablets to ruin good old fashioned conversation so for our tastes perfect. Looking forward to celebrating my 80th there in a couple of weeks. Thankyou

Disappointing sadly. The staff were lovely & the pub was clean. The pub was recommended & highly rated on Google for Sunday dinner. However, the food was really disappointing. We don't go out much for a treat, so we were looking forward to a nice meal. The Yorkshire puddings were homemade (a plus), but unfortunately, I wouldn't go back for food again.Great for a good, cheap drink & a game of pool, we love Sam Smith pubs generally, so we will visit in that capacity moving forward.

Just popped in for 1 drink and it was a very pleasant experience. Nice to see a traditional sam smiths pub.

Nice Pint of Taddy Lager.

They need to update the beers, spirits and wines.. not a great selection and the ciders were not nice at all.I get that it's tied to a brewery but it's probably the worst brewery with the worst drink imaginable
