We frequent here regularly with family and friends and each time, our expectations are exceeded.The quality of food is spectacular, generous portions, fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious.The staff are wonderful. Welcoming, always happy and go out of their way to accommodate you.Having had the pleasure of staying overnight here too, I was hugely impressed with the standard of accommodation. Beautifully decorated rooms, furnished to a high standard and immaculately clean.We would recommend Valentino’s to anyone, without reservation. “When I worked at Rippon a few years ago my wife was able to get me and four colleagues accomodation in this lovely house. I actually stayed myself in the small apartment by the front gateway. We thought it was the best of luck with the accommodation and also with the owners who were terrific,in fact they are the best. The peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings was beautiful. Nearby is the well-known ruins of Fountain Abbey, and lots of great walks. Always mean to call by, but it hasn't happened yet.”
