Just ordered a latte and the customer service was awesome as always. ??I have to say the coffee was very flat and cold! ?? I keep coming back to see if there’s any improvement in the drink quality but unfortunately it’s getting worse! I use self service machines more often and I have to say the coffee is much better from there, but it shouldn’t be!! I hope they improve and start making better quality drinks in the near future. ☕️???

Friendly service. With this layout better signing of the need to select toasties before queuing is needed as new customers hold the queue up while they go back to fetch the their choice of toastie.Parking: Nearby town centre off street parking at reasonable cost, coins or contactless.

Decor-wise, the chosen colour scheme here doesn’t take account of the relative lack of natural light and the overall effect is to give the cafe a rather dull look. It is however very spacious, clean and comfortable. The service and coffees were up to the high standards expected of the chain.
