I’d paid for my kids drinks and ice creams however, I had an issue when trying to pay for my iced latte! The staff were so nice about it and told me to keep the latte! I’ll be back again the kids loved the waffles!

Great venue for a cracking Illy coffee in a brilliant setting on the beach and at the entrance to the the woods in Saltburn Valley Gardens with super friendly service at a great price. ???Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible just off the main path on the bottom promenade.

Stopped for 2 coffees, I couldn't work out where the door was to get in and another customer told me I would get served near the ice cream counter. The man who served me was rude/arrogant, shouting across the shop to me. He gave me a buzzer and told me to sit down. I didn't, and he shouted across the shop again, madam can you sit down. I said I don't want to sit down and went to stand near the river while I waited. I certainly won't be going back there again, what a horrible place

Just picked up a couple of warm drinks after a blustery walk along the beach. Coffee and Hot Chocolate excellent value with the added bonus of a chocolate flake and a mint biscuit. Would definitely come back again.

Stopped here whilst on a walk with my little Scottie dog. Great customer service & the products were amazing. Well worth a stop if your visiting Saltburn. A guy from Glasgow was staying here in his motor home and also said it was a great wee find.

What a disappointment. Whenever we arrived in Saltburn this was our first port of call for nice hot drink SEATED at the front or on the terrace in a proper cup. Now it's a takeaway which needs to be drunk standing up or squatting on a wall. We will not be using this cafe. We expect more!
We have been regular clients to this cafe since it changed hands, then the coffee and service was excellent, but since lockdown they have stopped putting tables and chairs out, and each time we visit the quality of service and product has gone down, today 27.08.22 was an all time low, ordered a flat white and Mocha, the flat white was just passable, the Mocha was a Latte, when I complained all that happened was a spoon of chocolate powder in the Latte, a Mocha is not a Latte with chocolate, we will find a new venue for our Saltburn brews.

We called here for coffee and a scone. We choose "posh"scones and had to discard them as they were far from fresh. Very disappointing because we used to call here when the previous owner had it and always enjoyed the cakes. Lack of proper seats om the patio area is another no-no for us.
