Didn’t get as far as ordering food and drinks as the staff clearly didn’t want to serve us ! Stood waiting to order and none of the 3 staff even had the common courtesy to acknowledge us. Do yourself a favour and head down the road to Signals, much more accommodating and

As a prolific tea drinker I am usually disappointed in the quality of tea served in some of our cafes & restaurants but not at Taste. Their tea (leaves) is by far the most perfect tea I have ever had. Along with a Fat Rascal a most welcoming break.

Favourite cafe in Saltburn by far. Lovely small and simple menu, not too fussy which is so nice these days. Hot chocolate is the nicest in the world. The quiche is amazing. The staff are top notch. The atmosphere is amazing in the upstairs seating area, I especially love the window seats. I come every week, I order the quiche without the salad and they always discount it so I'm not charged for the salad. Brilliant

The 2 younger girls were friendly and service minded. The slightly older lady was quite grumpy and unfriendly. This kind of spoiled the atmosphere.

Great to see a cafe display the fact they blend their own coffee. And it was great. Cheers.

Food was lovely. Staff very friendly. My sister and I went there for lunch. We both had a meal that cost £9.99, coffee each and bought some cheese to take away. It wasn't till we got back to our Airbnb that I realised I had been charged £46. I had the bill but it wasn't itemised. The young lady at the till was a bit flustered so I can only surmised that we either got someone else's bill or were charged twice for something.
