Had a brilliant few hours in here atmosphere was great lots of characters in loved it. Also silly wife left her handbag in there we came back and it had been put behind the bar safe we will definitely be back next time we’re in Scarborough ??????

Best thing about this pub are the people, you'll not be disappointed if you love joining in with a bit chat, dance or karaoke. Salt of the earth people!

Called in on the off chance Mother's Day, made to feel very welcome by very friendly staff who said table was available. Ordered Sunday lunch which was beautiful, hot and tasty. Dessert was to die for. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day to try main menu.

Lovely comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast. The owners and staff all made us feel very welcome and were excellent hosts. The bar serves locally brewed ales that were not only very tasty but also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Richmond and the local area. We were going to the Georgian theatre which was just a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a lovely stay.
